Okaïdi ranked among the most appealing employers of the North of France

On November 15th, Okaïdi received the Randstad Award, given to the most appealing companies in the North of France.

Randstad, a leading company in the human resources sector, joined up with the ICMA International research institute for this second edition of the Lille Randstad Awards.

Based on 21 different criteria, a panel of 4,000 people identified the most important factors in choosing an employer.

The research results rest on the reputation of the companies surveyed.

In June and July, more than 4,000 people representative of the Lille population (aged 18 to 65) responded to an online questionnaire.

The selection of companies was based on the 100 largest companies in the North of France having at least 300 employees.
